The Difference Between Failure And Success

There’s a really important distinction I’d like for you to understand…

The difference between failing and succeeding in ANYTHING in life comes down to a mindset.

The mindset of either being interested or being committed to the outcome.

Are you interested, or are you committed, to being in peak shape?

Are you interested, or are you committed, to your sport/hobby?

Are you interested, or are you committed, to your success?

No matter what it is that you are pursuing in life, there will always be an obstacle.

When that obstacle comes up, the interested will ALWAYS find an excuse,

And the committed will ALWAYS find a way.

If you’re just interested in your health & fitness, you’re not going to be in peak shape.

If you’re just interested in your sport, you won’t be able to keep up, and you’re not going to last for long.

If you’re just interested in being successful, you’ll never be successful.

Maybe this is something you’re struggling with…

You have been overweight, had weak stamina, or stiff & injured for awhile, and you are still not in peak shape.

You passionately love your sport, but you’re not learning and progressing as fast as you’d like.

You try a lot of different things, different exercise routines, different diets, but you’re not successful in any of them.

It’s because you’re not taking the necessary actions steps to achieve the outcome you desire.

And that’s because either you don’t know what the necessary action steps are, or you’re not committed.

If you’re not committed, you’re going to continue to find excuses to why you can’t get healthy or be fit,

You’re going to continue to find reasons to why you’re not as good a mover as you really want to be,

You’re going to continue trying different strategies to win, and continue to fail…

And it’s going to get worse, day after day, until you give up…

Because if you’re not moving forward, you’re falling behind.

But if you ARE committed, and you just don’t know what action steps to take,

You just need to reach out and work with someone who does.

Someone who’s walked the path before, who knows what you’re struggling with, who knows how to overcome it.

So if you ARE committed to losing weight, to boosting your cardio, to having supple joints and becoming injury-free, to progressing faster than ever and sustaining your passion for movement,
