8-Week Movement Foundations Course

This 8-week course will give you movement foundations that will maximize your mobility, build a sustainable strength, and boost your injury prevention capabilities.

This course will be run by Master MovNat Trainer, Primal Health Coach, and Founder of Original Human Movement, Nathan Amado.

Classes will be held every week starting Dec 4th on Wednesdays or Fridays (depending on the week/holidays) from 7-8p at Street Jitsu in Justin, TX.
