Learn how to move your body skillfully. Improve your strength, mobility, posture, balance, breathing, mind-body connection, and much more, all while having fun!

In this workshop, we will cover variations of natural human movement skills such as running, jumping, climbing, traversing, crawling, vaulting, lifting, carrying, throwing, catching, balancing, etc. After learning the techniques, we’ll be applying them in combos, challenges, and games.

Progressions for every movement will be taught, so no matter your skill level, you’ll be able to join in on the fun, learn, and be challenged.
