This 21-Day Challenge will guide you through everything you need to build a foundation for optimal health that is sustainable for life.

This will be done with manageable action steps every day in the areas of Movement, Nutrition, and Lifestyle.

By the end of the 21-days, you can expect to be a “Fat Burning Beast!”. That’s right, it only takes that long (on average) to transform your metabolism from a sugar-burner to fat-burner.

That means you’ll see improvements in many areas of your life, including:

  • Appetite: By eating nutrient-dense, primal-aligned meals, you will auto-regulate your appetite, which means increased satiety with fewer calories. As you reprogram your genes to utilize more energy from healthy fats than sugars, you’ll no longer need those frequent high-carb meals or quick sugar fixes to stay alive (i.e. no more hangry!)
  • Blood markers: You can expect lower triglyceride and LDL (“bad cholesterol”) levels, higher HDL (“good cholesterol”) levels, lower blood pressure, normalized blood glucose, and significant improvements in other blood markers. (Share your results if you do test!)
  • Body fat: Your body’s new ability to utilize fat (both stored and dietary) for energy will result in lower levels of body fat. Eat fat, burn fat.
  • Cravings: Sugar cravings are just a reflection of a dependency on glucose (the research shows it’s one of the worst/most addicting drugs out there!) By using fat for energy, your cravings for sweets will diminish and even disappear.
